Okasan Livic Vietnam Participates in Scientific Seminar on “Application of Numerical Simulation in High-Speed Railway Bridge and Infrastructure Design”

On September 12, 2025, at the Multi-Function Lecture Hall of the University of Transport and Communications (UTC), a scientific seminar was held under the theme “Application of Numerical Simulation in the Design of High-Speed Railway Bridges and Infrastructure.” The seminar was part of a series of events celebrating the 80th Anniversary of UTC (1945–2025).

The event attracted significant attention and participation from experts, researchers, and businesses both domestic and international, as well as consulting, design, and construction units in the field of transportation infrastructure.

Representing Okasan Livic Vietnam, Mr. Bui The Phuong attended the seminar and shared practical insights on the application of advanced engineering solutions in the design and construction of high-speed railway bridges, contributing to improvements in quality, efficiency, and sustainability.

Significance of the Seminar

The seminar provided a meaningful academic forum where participants exchanged knowledge and updated on the latest technological trends in simulation, design, and structural analysis. Discussions particularly focused on the North–South High-Speed Railway Project, a national key infrastructure project under research and development.

The application of modern numerical simulation tools is expected to address many challenges in design and construction, thereby enhancing efficiency, safety, and long-term sustainability of infrastructure works.
