PLANNING AND ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN SOLUTIONS FOR PUBLIC SPACES APPROACHING METRO STATIONS IN HO CHI MINH CITY
On July 8, Okasan Livic Vietnam Co., Ltd. attended the Faculty-level Seminar with the topic: "Planning and architectural design solutions for public spaces approaching metro stations in Ho Chi Minh City" organized by Ho Chi Minh City University of Transport - Campus 2 (UTC2). This is one of the important events in the series of activities to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the establishment of the Ho Chi Minh City University of Transport Branch (1990-2025) and the 80th anniversary of the establishment of the University of Transport (1965-2025).

With the participation of many experts in the industry, the Seminar provided an overview and practical view of architectural solutions and planning for Smart public design, TOD (Transit Oriented Development) model development, and User experience design for traffic works (UX Design) in the context of urban development in Ho Chi Minh City; helping to develop sustainable urban areas, sharing international knowledge and experience in planning and architectural design for students and experts in the construction industry.

The seminar is an opportunity for experts, lecturers, students of Architecture - Planning, and domestic and foreign enterprises to exchange and share trends and solutions for developing modern urban infrastructure - especially in the context of Ho Chi Minh City strongly implementing Metro lines.
Within the framework of the program, representatives of Okasan Livic Vietnam introduced advanced technical solutions from Japan, which are highly applicable in urban traffic infrastructure projects, including:
- EPS weak soil improvement technology - a lightweight, fast-construction solution, suitable for areas around Metro stations with complex terrain.
- Takino Filter - a solution to prevent erosion and protect slopes and traffic corridors.
- Estorpatch - fast-setting repair mortar, suitable for construction conditions with limited time.
